The Purpose of This Guide: To enable all members of our community to have access to and knowledge of healthy vegetarian dining establishments. Even further, we encourage and suggest that as members of this community, we support our locally owned restaurants. Our Philosophy: Vegetarian Voice created this guide to pro-vide a non-commercially influenced reference supporting vegetarian and vegetarian friendly restaurants. We are also encouraging vegetarianism and health awareness. For vegetarians, this guide can be used as a reference, enabling dining and eating out to be as easy and enjoyable as it should be. For non-vegetarians this guide is a key resource for healthy and ethnic cuisine along the Wasatch Front. For all people, this guide provides a listing of locally owned and operated restaurants, which strive to further the health and well being of our community and the envioronment, each with a contributing heart, style, fun and flare of its own. Experience the diversity of the Wasatch Fronts’ many wonderful restaurants! . Enjoy Your Meals, Eric Ward Scott Evans Vegetarian Voice Publishing © 2001 . For inquiries, errors or changes please Email us immediately here:. Thanks! to the Vegetarian Voice's Eric Ward, His Mom,
whose several thousand of donated dollars made the printing of
the Wasatch Front Vegetarian Eating Guide possible, and for his
Father's support of her and Eric in their choice; and Scott Evans,
as they created the wonderfully printed guide; and thanks to them
all for permitting me to make it available for you in web format!
Tom Rodgers - The Vegan Cowboy & Scientist . org. I have transferred the text of the guide (without graphics)
to these web pages. -- This is to avoid your need to down load or
wait for PDF Acrobat Software processing or printing when
you are short of time, software or a printer.
. I am always working to simplify and make it easier to read --
and later provide map links. But it is a labor intensive project.
. I will transfer, refine and refresh sections as may be needed,
so forgive me as it does take me considerable time and labor
(when I am available).
. In the mean time -- so that you may see all data right now, I
have pasted all in, atleast as simple text (from the PDF) or simple
pasting of any separate listing or add-ons.
. You might try using your "FIND IN PAGE" (under "EDIT")
and write in any item that you may desire to locate.
Thank you! tlr 3/27/02
