Replacements for Ingredients and Condiments:

My own mayonnaise:
in a (one pint) blender jar:
1/2 lb tofu
Juice of one good sized lime or one average lemon
1/2 small avocado or 2 tablespoon light olive oil
2 tablespoon Braggs or soy sauce or 1/4 teaspoon salt ("real salt")
2 tablespoon of raw sugar
clove garlic optional
1/2 teaspoon spice blend / Mrs.Dash optional
1 tablespoon fine ground flax seed (meal) optional for thickening (and healthy benefit)
Blend until smooth. keep Refrigerated and use within week
