Next Potluck and Class:
Annual Reunion [2004] of the
Utah County Vegetarian Potluck Group

For those of you who are interested in the annual reunion of the
Utah County Vegetarian Potluck Group, it will be held at my home:

      95 E. 100 N., Orem (Pat Nix - 225-7200)
      6:30 p.m.
      Tuesday evening, August 10th

We look forward to renewing our friendships and instead of a
program, let's bring each other up to date on what we have been
doing healthwise. Whether you are partly vegetarian, vegan,
alkaline, raw or whatever, please share your experiences with us.
And, please bring your recipes with you. We will need to copy the
ones we want that night, since we don't meet regularly anymore. I
still have copies of all the old recipes any time you want them.

Please make arrangements to clear your calendar and join us.

ALSO, my data base is not up to date, so please share this
announcement with anyone you can, who may not be on my old list.

Subj:  Citrus Orders
Date: 4/1/02 4:22:48 PM Mountain Standard Time
From: kjpp@juno.com (Kenneth & Pat Nix)

It is time to get in our orders for the citrus and avocados. The time table is as follows:
Order in hand with payment: noon on Wed. Apr. 3
Delivery about 4-6pm on Tues. Apr 9 at my garage.
I would like to develop an email list of just those who are interested in being notified, so if you or your friends wish to be on it, please arrange to get the email addresses to me. Also I need a LOCAL phone number to call when the shipment arrives.

The following is what he expects to be available and the case price - all cases are the banana box size about 38# for the citrus:
Avocados              $80.00 These amounted to 88 very large Haas)
Valencia Oranges     18.00 These are the thin skinned juicing ones
Grapefruit               18.00 Both the pink and the extra sweet Oro Blanco should be available - be sure that you specify which you prefer and if you would take the alternative, if necessary.
  Lemons                  20.00
  Tangelos                20.00

I can handle as small as 1/4 case orders on the citrus and 1/8 case orders on the avocados. No smaller, please. If you need less, arrange with some one to share with you. We still need 20 cases to operate on this schedule and he is willing to come every two weeks.

      Sincerely,
      Pat Nix
