New Vegetarian /Vegan /Raw Foods Cooking Classes and Potlucks in South Ogden:
Newly formed in Ogden, is a wonderful group of moms, families and friends in Weber County Utah, gathering to share health successes, recipes, fun and more. These are helping friends making healthy change easier:
South-East Ogden:
Veggie Evenings & Wellness Classes are held at Diana Sue's on the Second and Fourth Friday's of each month from 6:30pm.
Diana Sue also provides Vegetarian /Vegan /RawFood cooking support classes each Wednesday Morning at 10pm as can be scheduled.

If you can, bring a 100% Pure Vegetarian/Vegan* dish, desert, salad or drink. And a $5.00 donation to defray cost of materials would be appreciated.

Directions:
In Ogden, get to intersection of Harrison Blvd and 5600 South (that is near to Weber State University), go East on 5600 South. 5600 South will become Combe Road as it winds towards the  mountainside, watch the addresses and go to 2321 East (It is two story home on the South side of Combe Road)

South West Ogden:
Tentative classes possible - as demand warrants - Please Call Karen First!

Good Earth Health Food Store at 1050 W Riverdale, Riverdale (1/2 mile east from I-15 Riverdale Rd exit) is having a Vegetarian Education and Cooking ClassVegetarian Cooking Classes are anticipated for one possibly two Saturdays per month @ 10:00a.m. as requests warrant. Cost is $10.00 which includes lunch.

If you know of anyone interested please have them call Karen or sign up at Good Earth Riverdale Store -- Limited seating.

Also, there is a potluck anticipated the first Saturday each month at Good Earth 5:30-8:00p.m. Please call ahead to check.
It's BYO plate and serving utensils. Cost is free if you bring a vegetarian dish or $5.00 if you don't.
